William Schoening is Vice President of Sales for AER Worldwide. Mr. Schoening is responsible for managing and developing sales plans and strategy, selecting and evaluating sales personnel and reviewing business contracts for all AER Worldwide facilities.

Mr. Schoening joined Allied Electronic Recovery in August 1996. Since that time, AER established two additional sales offices in the United States and four international facilities in Mexico, India, Malaysia and Israel.

Mr. Schoening received a Bachelor of Arts degree in the College of Letters and Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1988. He was a team captain, an All-American and a member of the two time NCAA Division One national champion team in water polo while at the University of California at Berkeley. He resides in Danville, California with his wife and their children.
